આર્ટિકલ 370 પર સુપ્રીમકોર્ટ ઓક્ટોબરમાં સુનાવણી કરશે
જમ્મુ-કાશ્મીરમાંથી કલમ 370 હટાવવા વિરુદ્ધ 14 અરજીઓ પર આજે સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટમાં સુનાવણી હાથ ધરવામાં આવી હતી.
જમ્મુ-કાશ્મીરમાંથી કલમ 370 હટાવવા વિરુદ્ધ 14 અરજીઓ પર આજે સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટમાં સુનાવણી હાથ ધરવામાં આવી હતી. આમાંની કેટલીક અરજીઓ કાશ્મીરમાં લાદવામાં આવેલા પ્રતિબંધો સામે દાખલ કરવામાં આવી હતી, જ્યારે કેટલીક પુનર્ગઠન સામે હતી. સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટે આ મામલે કેન્દ્ર સરકારને નોટિસ ફટકારી છે. કોર્ટે કહ્યું કે બંધારણ બેંચ ઓક્ટોબરમાં કલમ 370 સંબંધિત અરજીઓ પર સુનાવણી કરશે. સીજેઆઈ રંજન ગોગોઈની આગેવાનીવાળી બેંચે આજે આ અરજીઓની સુનાવણી કરી છે
