રાઘવજીભાઇ સી મકવાણાનો જન્મ 8 ઓક્ટોબર 1970ના રોજ મહુવા તાલુકાના પઢિયારકા ગામમાં થયો હતો. વ્યવસાયે તેઓ ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટનો વેપાર કરે છે અને ખેતી પણ કરે છે. ભાવનગર જિલ્લા પંચાયતમાં તેઓ વિપક્ષના નેતા રહી ચૂક્યા છે. ભાવનગર ભાજપના પૂર્વ મંત્રી અને મહામંત્રી તરીકે પણ ફરજ બચાવી ચૂક્યા છે. તેઓ ભાવનગર જિલ્લાના તળપદા કોળીસમાજના આગેવાન છે.
